Contact us before returning your item.
If an item/s arrive damaged in the mail, send us an email with a clear photo of the damaged item/s and a brief description. We'll get back to you in 24hrs-48hrs. Do not return item/s without a "return number" from us. If we receive an item without a "return number", that item will not be excepted. We do NOT except worn or washed item/s.
NOTE*There will be a restocking fee applied to each item returned, new shipping cost is included.

Add "return item" in the subject area. We'll get back to you in 24hrs-48hrs
To return item(s):
#1- Contact us, and we will send you a return number and label.
#2- Fill out the return label.
#3- Print the return label.
#4- Put the return slip portion of the form in the package with the item and the Shipping label portion on the outside of the package.
#5- Mail package. (you are responsible for shipping cost)
*NOTE:
Include a note with your intention to return or exchange the item. Also add the NEW size, NEW color or New item desired.
(We cannot guarantee all items and sizes will be in stock for exchanges. If your item is not available you will be notified and given a choice of waiting for the restock or a refund.)
Once your return item is received, your new item(s) of equal value will be shipped out at the cost of shipping only. If your item is more or less, you will be charged accordingly or refunded the difference.
